OBJECTIVE
To obtain an engineering or engineering management position at a growing,
people-oriented, high-technology engineering firm where I can use my strong

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Extensive Project Engineering design experience for various Civil
Engineering consulting firms and working with many private and government
agencies including DELDOT, NJDOT, PennDOT, DRPA, SJTA, NJHA as well as the
major Utility Companies. Strong knowledge and experience dealing with
above/below ground Utility infrastructures, obtaining as-built information
and overlaying on construction documents and plans for design purposes. My
engineering strength is in design and being proficient in the use of
AutoCAD, Microstation, AutoDesk Land Development Desktop and In-Roads
software. Self motivated individual capable of working independently or as
part of a team.
REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE
With Pennoni Associates, INC.
Water Distribution System Modifications, Lawrence Township, NJ with
Education Testing Services, 2009.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for modifications to an existing
fire and domestic water system in Mercer County. Responsible for design,
coordination and plan submissions to the client, Township and Contractor.
Work involved utility design, drainage/grading design, preparation of
construction plans, bid documents, construction specifications,
construction coordination and construction inspections.
Pump Station Design, Lawrence Township, NJ with Education Testing Services,
2008.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for a new sewerage pump station
system. Responsible for design, coordination and plan submissions to the
client and the Lawrence Township engineer. Work involved utility design,
drainage/grading design, preparation of construction plans, bid documents,
construction specifications, construction coordination and construction
inspections.
EPPI Renovations - Guadenzia/DRC, Philadelphia, Pa with Pennsylvania
Department of General Services, 2007.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for separating an existing
utility system and providing all new utilities to a rehabilitated existing
five story building situate on an old hospital campus. Responsible for
design, coordination and plan submissions to the client and the City of
Philadelphia. Work involved utility design, drainage/grading design,
preparation of construction plans, bid documents, construction
specifications and construction coordination.
Voorhees Corporate Center - Voorhees, NJ with Signature Financial
Corporation 2007.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for a major site plan involving
(1) one hotel, (1) one restaurant, (1) one bank and (3) three retail
stores. Responsible for project conformance to Township ordinance and for
plan set preparation for submissions to Voorhees Township and NJDEP. Work
involved utility design, drainage/grading design, preparation of
construction plans, bid documents, construction specifications and
construction coordination.
Atlantic City Outlets - The Walk - Phase II, Atlantic City, NJ with The
Cordish Company, 2006-2007.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for (5) five retail buildings
encompassing (3) three city blocks in downtown Atlantic City. Responsible
for design, coordination and plan submissions to the City of Atlantic City,
SJTA, NJDEP and the various utility companies. Work involved utility
design, drainage/grading design, preparation of construction plans, bid
documents, construction coordination, construction specifications and
construction inspections.

Menantico Estates - Major Subdivision in Vineland, NJ, 2005.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this 198 home two phase
subdivision. Responsible for design, coordination and plan submissions to
the City of Vineland. Work involved utility design, pump station design,
drainage/grading design, preparation of construction plans, bid documents
and construction coordination.
Barruffi Subdivision - Major Subdivision in Vineland, NJ, 2005.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this 14 home subdivision.
Responsible for design, coordination and plan submissions to the City of
Vineland. Work involved utility design, pump station design,
drainage/grading design, preparation of construction plans, bid documents
and construction coordination.
RE Pierson Concrete Plant - Site plan in Maurice River Township, NJ, 2005.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this site plan located in the
Pinelands. Responsible for design and plan submissions to the Township and
Pinelands Commission. Work involved utility design, drainage/grading
design, preparation of construction plans, bid documents, construction
coordination and construction specifications.
WaWa Inc. - Connector Road in Pleasantville, NJ 2005.
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this proposed roadway
project. Responsible for design and plan submissions to the City. Work
involved two roadway designs, utility design, drainage/grading design,
preparation of construction plans, bid documents, construction
coordination, construction specifications and construction inspections.
Nabb Road Reconstruction, Newfield, NJ, 2005
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this existing roadway
reconstruction project. Responsible for design and plan submissions to the
City. Work involved proposed horizontal/vertical realignment, cross section
elements and drainage/grading design for the roadway.

US Route 13 and DE Route 896 - Boyds Corner Intersection Design, Boyds
Corner, DE, 2004
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this existing roadway and
intersection reconstruction project. Responsible for proposed conceptual
ramp and intersection design as well as proposed profile and cross section
elements for horizontal/vertical realignment of roadway.
US Route 301 and DE Route 896 - Mount Pleasant Intersection Design, Mount
Pleasant, DE, 2004
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this existing roadway and
intersection reconstruction project. Responsible for proposed intersection
design and layout, proposed profile and cross section elements for
horizontal/vertical realignment of roadway.
Washington Street Connector Road, Wilmington, DE, 2004
Served as a Project Engineer and designer for this proposed roadway and
intersection reconstruction project. Responsible for two intersection
designs and layouts as well design of proposed profile and cross section
elements for horizontal/vertical realignment new connector roadway.

Construction Management and Inspection, NJDOT Consultant Projects, 1993 -
1996
Worked on various Construction Inspection Projects throughout South Jersey
and served as assistant Resident Engineer. Responsible for field office
duties as well as construction activities.
Reconstruction of the area of the Cardiff Circle (CAMNo.1) Route 40/322,
Section 2F, County Routes 563 (Tilton Rd.) and Route 608 (Washington
Avenue) in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County, NJ, 1998
Work involved conducting a supplemental survey including roadway
stationing, cross sections, and establishment of metric baseline, location
of property corners and utility test pits and drainage. Also prepared
traffic protection plan and actual traffic control along the work site.
Walt Whitman Corridor Project, Section 2, Philadelphia, PA, 1997
As a sub to URS Greiner, Inc., I served as Project Engineer to coordinate
highway and structural design with our engineering team. Work involved a
topographic survey of the corridor, roadway cross sections, bridge pier,
beam and bearing elevations as well as establishing ROW limits, creating
construction baselines and preparing basemaps for approximately one and a
half miles of the Schuylkill Expressway from Moyamensing Avenue to Vare
Avenue, including all approach ramps.
Walt Whitman Corridor Project, Section 3, Oaklyn, NJ, 2000
As a sub to URS Greiner, Inc., I served as Project Engineer to coordinate
highway and structural design with our engineering team. Work involved a
topographic survey of the corridor, roadway cross sections, bridge pier,
beam and bearing elevations as well as establishing ROW limits, creating
construction baselines and preparing basemaps for the NJ side of the Walt
Whitman bridge and approach ramps, the connector corridor, Route 130 and
approach ramps as well as Route 168 and approach ramps.
