Chief Financial Officer
ExtruMed manufactures precision thermoplastic medical tubing for the
medical device industry, generates revenues of $20+ million and has over
90 employees. I successfully assisted the former private equity owners
in selling the company, while also serving on the senior management team,
improving the financial reporting systems, supervising the HR and IT
functions, leading the annual budgeting process, preparing board
reporting packages, recommending and implementing cost savings
initiatives and managing the early completion of the annual audit. Post-
sale, I led the project to centralize the finance function to their
existing headquarters, migrate to their treasury management, accounting
and reporting platform, train a local finance manager and also serve as
the internal project manager for a plant consolidation and move that will
double the footprint of the existing operations in California.

Chief Financial Officer and Partner
Successfully sourced the financing, assisted in the transaction closing
and served as the interim CFO for Frontier's first two acquisitions, El
Dorado Broadcasters LLC ($40MM purchase price for 16 radio stations in
California and Arizona) and Fox24 of Macon LLC ($20MM purchase price for
a Fox television affiliate in Macon, Georgia). Developed from ground up
the budgeting, accounting, reporting and treasury management functions;
negotiated and implemented all benefits plans; and, managed team of
business managers across both companies until transitioning the
responsibilities to a permanent CFO.

M&A Advisory
Led the execution of numerous sell-side M&A advisory engagements for
middle-market clients in industries including restaurants and
foodservice, with values between $25MM and $200MM. Managed client
relationships, conducted due diligence, prepared detailed information
memoranda, solicited prospective acquirors, orchestrated management
presentations and participated in all negotiations from engagement
through closing.
Restructuring
In 2004 and 2005, successfully executed over ten out-of-court workouts of
Burger King operators as part of a multi-year franchisee financial
restructuring program on behalf of Texas Pacific Group, Goldman Sachs
Capital Partners and Bain Capital. In total, Trinity restructured over
$2 billion of debt and other obligations for almost 200 franchisee groups
representing approximately one third of the domestic franchised
locations.

Leader in the firm, serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and CFO of
the NASD broker-dealer affiliate, BWK Trinity Capital Securities, LLC.
Also served as the director of information resources, director of
recruiting and head of the analyst pool.

bankruptcy assignments. Engagements included advising a $100MM furniture
company in a debt restructuring and cost reduction initiatives; advising

projection and cost restructuring advice to the owners and management of
a $900MM revenue drug store chain; conducting a number of transaction due
diligence assignments on behalf of distressed debt and equity investors;

Under own initiative, created and supervised development of the firm's
first comprehensive analyst training program, which documents and
systematizes the sell-side M&A process from engagement through closing.
All analysts who received the training program were promoted to the
