on site and across the continent. Established and administrated secure file
shares on IBM, Dell, and EMC equipment, utilizing Active Directory for
security. Worked directly with enterprise design personnel to implement
and renew technology. Responded to critical outages 24/7. Acted as
technical lead to the Level 1 team. Wrote technical documentation, lead
internal and external training. Part of initial contract launch team of 6
technicians.

Maintained Windows 2000 Domain Controller and File/Print server, all
PCs, and local switching. Administrated Backup Exec tape backups and
off site rotation. Created and maintained CIFS shares and their
permissions. Performed all first and second level troubleshooting for 200+
users, provided backup for other teams at several 1000+ sites including
World Headquarters.
