engineering related to the Design development of residence and

commercial buildings and construction of building structures which

commensurate with my experience, background, and expertise.

. Over twenty years of experience in the area of building structures

analysis, design, drafting and construction administration.

. Familiarity and experience with different building types, such as

schools, office buildings, single and multi-story residential housing,

hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.

. Knowledge of multiple building materials including structural steel,

reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, structural lumber and cold

form metal framing.

. Familiarity with the design of steel structures using ASD

specifications; design of reinforced concrete in accordance with ACI-

318; design of masonry in accordance with ACI 530; and the design of

wood structures in accordance with NSD (ASD).

. Proficient with multiple versions of Auto CAD and hand drafting,

Fotoshop and Acrobat.

. In study Revit Architecture 2011 and 3D Studio Max 7.

. Skilled with Microsoft application programs, such as Windows, Office,

Exell, Outlook Express...

. Multilingual. Fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Byelorussian;

Understand and can communicate in Polish, Slovakian and Bulgarian.

. Familiarity with IBC 2003 Building Code and capable of interpreting

European Standards and Codes.
