In this role I was the overall Engineering Head for several luxury

hotels in Washington DC. One of my key responsibilities was to

maintain, service and repair a large collection of central chillers,

Packaged heat pumps, rooftop units, split heat pumps, hydranic

boilers, furnaces, pumps, starters, motor controllers, actualtors,

modulating valves, VFD's, some DDC's, Walk in coolers and freezers,

ice machines, Energy management systems and many more related

equipment.

09/2001 - 08/2005, Noble House Hotels - Kirkland Washington

While being in charge of a 240 room luxury hotel one of my main

responsibilities was to maintain all Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, heating equipment and associated controls.
