Collected data concerning the utilization of the company's resources; i.e., manpower tools, equipment, facilities, space, etc. Developed
and established labor rates and standards of craft functional areas using Industrial Engineering techniques. Became a liason between
craft and upper management on the grounds of cost and cost control using EVMS.
Completed cost savings project using high solids paint to coat inner bottoms of LPD.

Constructed a fit/weld cube that utilized a 2:1 fitter to welder ratio that would maximize the number of pipes completed.
