Engineer Lead, VP 2004-Present

. Lead of the UNIX team; responsible for the UNIX production workflow,

process and procedures. Engage in the architectural design and

implementation of various proofs of concept. Manage and ensure timely

resolution on issues associated with implementation, quality

assurance, and production. Maximize the efficiency of our UNIX team by

leveraging both local and offshore support staff ensuring the

reliability of more than 600 Sun Solaris servers in addition to over

200 virtual servers nationwide. Manage all facets of patch planning,

coordination, resourcing, and technical implementations as well as

lead other projects for various aspects/channels of JPMorgan Chase

customer banking web sites. Review ECM (Enterprise Change Management),

recommend appropriate action plans, and provide authorizations on user

access requests; serve as implementation engineer responsible in

streamlining project load; and actively participate in technology

planning. Work across teams and groups tapping into key resources to

drive resolution on various issues.
