SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
. Led the implementation of First Cross Country Fiber optic project in
Poland which was roughly 2000Km of Installed cable.
. Helped win CDMA Wireless projects in China in 13 providences and
implemented the first phase in two years.
. Developed Task Order proposals for six projects for Government project
in Iraq totaling $150M.
. Implemented the construction of 13 Central offices in Dubai and
shipped to Iran for installation following the Gulf war destruction.
. Led Project Management for the development of the Technology required
for the first Trans Atlantic undersea Fiber optic cable. This required
creating innovations on numerous technologies in fiber optics.
. Implemented self nomination program for changing jobs to provide more
flexibility for the Engineering workplace for the Atlanta Cable Works
which had over 500 engineers. Received a Corporate award for project.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
AT&T, / Alcatel-Lucent, global locations
Project Management 2006 - Present
Developed Training plan for Data Wireless (UMTS) Knowledge Transfer for
2009 deployment. Project Management of new AWS network for Boston Market
which included one Central Office and 500 Radio locations. Project
Management of various Switch and CDMA network elements for Detroit Market
of MetroPCS including Central Office growth and other components. Upgraded
500 BTS for EVDO for Cricket market. Developed plans for the MetroPCS
market in Boston which was deployed in 2008.
Sr. Project manager 2005 - 2006
Oversaw the development and installation of multiple Customer Care projects
centered in Denver Colorado. Most offices were located in Western USA for
Qwest. Also managed resold ClientCare implementation for Qwest.
Project Manager/ Task Order Senior Manager 2003 - 2005
Managed government projects in Iraq and Bids&Proposals Lead Services Middle
East region. Provided Back office support of tracking and controlling
materials for 13 Switches which were installed in Iraq. The switches were
containerized in Dubai and were shipped to Baghdad. Completed construction
and installation in four months and testing and O&M started within three
months. Developed Task Order proposals for six projects for Government
project in Iraq totaling $150M. Provided Bid and Proposal leadership for
Services Middle East region for 69 Proposals between January and September
2005. Provided revenue forecasting for Services and tracking of revenue of
$30M.
Project Controls Director, India Reliance project 2002 - 2003
Developed schedules, tracking performance and posting reports daily.
Responsible for Contract management, Risk assessment, Documentation
control, Project Quality, and ATP Closeout and tracking for 16 Circles of
India. The project was Wireless CDMA with 3G1X comprising of 3000 BTS and
63 Central Offices. Led a team of 12 professional planners.
Program Director, Lucent China 2000 - 2002
Managed deployment of thirteen CDMA and GSM projects in China including
trials with MT Net, Datang, IOS, and China Unicom. Led Program Management,
Materials, Logistics and Program Controls for each project.

Provided the Master plan for the deployment of ten Unicom CDMA projects,
including detailed schedules, material planning and global resource
planning and execution plans. The CDMA deployment was Lucent's largest,
fastest single Wireless deployment ever achieved. Deployed 3G1X networks
in 12 cities in China.
Global Commercial Market Technical Manager 1999 - 2000
Oversaw AMPS/PCS customers in Eastern USA. Had Program Management and
Technical support responsibility for implementation and support of emerging
market customers as Pinebelt, Douglas, Alabama Wireless, Telepak, American
Wireless and Alltel. Member of Negotiating Team for new customers such as
Nextwave to win contract valued at $1B. Deployed initial three markets for
NextWave in Boston, Detroit and Madison.
AirLoop Program Director, CALA/Global Markets, Whippany, NJ 1998 - 1999
Led a team of Project Managers to support AirLoop Trials and Projects in
the CALA region and globally. Implemented projects on time in El Salvador,
Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina: trials in Dominican Republic, USA, Spain and
France. Developed support for proposals for South Africa, Guatemala, Costa
Rica, Venezuela and Rwanda.
Implemented the principles of program management by developing an AirLoop
PM Platform.
Field Services Director, Warren, NJ 1997 - 1998
Supported the China program team to develop proposals for 4-5 Wireless
Proposals in China. Developed templates and Processes for the Wireless
Rapid Deployment Handbook such as WBS, OBS, RAM and Customer /Lucent roles
and Responsibilities from the Program Management Platform. Supported the
implementation and start-up of WAS projects including the For South Africa
Telkom project Developed the Air Loop Business Plan.
Project Director, Atlanta/India 1994 - 1997
Established system for worldwide tracking and managing projects for the
outside plant project group. Led business Council meeting on the progress
of all projects worldwide including North, Central and South America,
Europe, Saudi Arabia, Asia Pacific and Africa; project revenues for 1995
was $800 million. (Expatriate in India). Led teams to implement a GSM
(cellular) network of Haryana, India for Escotel Company. Installed first
GSM system in record time for ATT by making mobile-to-mobile calls within
five weeks of the receipt of material.
Outside Plant Director, AT&T NSI, Warsaw, Poland 1992 - 1994
Project Management Leader for all projects in Poland including Core Team,
World Bank Junction Project, Szczecin Junction, Siedlce Szczecin Copper and
Plock projects. Successfully completed project valued at 60M USD.
Established Greenfield operation for OSP Business Unit, developed customer
relations, strategies and implemented quality, engineering, logistics,
construction and Bid & Proposal organization for projects.

Developed OSP proposals for Poland projects, Kuwait Junction Network and
Saudi Arabian 125,000-line project. Developed initial business contracts
