Senior Estimator 2000-2008

. Responsible for submitting proposals and estimating projects

and from schematic drawings to final documents.

. Create bid packages and scopes of work for bidding out CM

work to subcontractors. Select and solicit subcontractors for

bids and distribute documents.

. Prepare cost estimates from quantity take-offs for the

required building trades.

. Build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and

vendors and maintain a database of more than 3,000 contacts.

1997-2000 GW Robinson Builder-Developer, Gainesville, FL; Senior

. Conduct detailed cost estimates for model homes and custom
