Appointed Program Coordinator for Intensive Management Unit (IMU) Reintegration
Program for Special Management adult male offenders. Develop, propose, and
implement Reintegration Program with emphasis placed on socialization skills and
conflict resolution through behavior identification processes. 92% success rate at the
time of resignation and is the KDOC's most successful segregation focused program to
date.
Supervise subordinate staff with interpretation of policy and procedures set forth by the
Kansas Department of Corrections.

administration meetings of the Reintegration Program and its role in the operation and
concept of the Intensive Management Units within the Kansas Department of
Corrections.
