Sales Manager
Relationships
Over twenty years of relationship management experience, working with a
broad spectrum of clients including residential real estate developers,
top-tier technology companies such as IBM, HP and Intel, mid-level
organizations, along with numerous start-ups, sole proprietorships, and
consumers. Reaching these clients through multiple channels including
direct sales, distributors and manufacturers reps.
Goals
Self-directed, results orientated. Whether averting the pending shut
down of a $20 million facility or managing a department, sales team,
corporate division or an entire organization I have consistently turned
poor performers into top performers, and one year was the only employee
of a $50 million company to meet MBO's and be paid an annual bonus.
Strategic Problem Solving
Able to quickly understand complexities, identify core problems and
develop workable solutions. Possess a clear understanding of not only
each aspect of the sales process, but also a thorough grasp of customer
service, product presentation, marketing and other critical elements
which make a company successful.
Technology
Excel in a technology environment, including device fabrication,
hardware and software. Strong proponent of using new media and web based
marketing to create product awareness and drive traffic. Taught
software classes at a community college, including MS Office, Access,
Visio, ACT, Project, Filemaker and Photoshop.
Professional Experience

hired additional staff, and have everyone working 40 hour weeks plus 6-
8 hrs of overtime every week. A major turnaround.

basis. As account / project manager, sold residential real estate and
