12/08 – Present: Tolven HealthCare: Tolven is an open source platform offering an electronic
health record for clinics and patients. It uses HL7 V3 Reference Information Model as it’s basic for
the electronic record. Used SNOMED, RxNorm, LOINC terminology to define clinical data types
like procedures, medications, problems and these clinical data types in turn are used in forming
up the CCR, CDA message formats.
