Led startup of a new business unit, providing intermediary management of tenants'

leased commercial space. Currently direct provision of services to a broad range of

clientele throughout the Tri-State area, including commercial office tenants, retailers,

hoteliers, and media outlets. Developed a three-year business plan along with standard

reports, contracts and pricing processes that served as a blueprint for operations and

tools for understanding and gauging the business unit’s success. Prepare clients annual

Responsible for all aspects of mechanical and electrical systems, including EPS

and UPS systems, to ensure full operational reliability 24/7 for the New York office

facilities, leased and owned. Controlled the scheduling and coordination of all MEP

systems maintenance shutdowns to minimize business interruption risk. Managed

all infrastructure projects for EPS / UPS and Con Edison related facilities
