S&T Ukraine (2008 - Present)

Position: OSS Consultant

Working as OSS consultant on Cramer OSS for telco operators KyivStar

Ukraine, Telenor Serbia, Vimpelcom Russia.

On the consultancy side I am managing the following tasks:

. Specializing in data migration (using GDLT) and

configuring/customizing the COTS Cramer suite from V5, V6, V7.

. Creating/customizing Java and PL/SQL callouts. Customize Web Reports,

Home pages, Wizards and Views.

. Analyzing and fixing defects.

. Investigating and promoting Activation Engine.

. Integrating the inventory system and TTWOS for amending customer

business process.

. Coordinating deployment teams and adopted risk mitigation strategies

associated with large IT OSS and BSS projects in Telecommunications,

demonstrated the ability to manage complex technology (IT and

telecommunications), business and infrastructure projects.

On the technical side I have extensive experience of J2EE.

. I have performed both a technical lead and developer (developing in

both J2EE and PL/SQL) roles to deliver projects on time and within

budget, keeping to deadlines.

. Working on a $10M project for Ukrainian Telecoms company, I was

responsible for developing and testing solutions and coordinating

development resources.

. I have set up continuous integration server TeamCity to improve the

testing team performance.

. Improved the build system by using Maven2.

Assisting in tender preparation: architecting and technically describing

the proposed solution.

IONA (2006 - 2008)

Position: Technical Engineer

. Product: ''ArtixDS Designer'' is the tool for working with SWIFT, FIX

and other messages, performing automated data transformations, used as

system integration tool.

. Responsibilities: Architecting and designing the new product

functionalities, handling urgent customer requests, assisting to QA

team. Assisting in consolidating ArtixDS with other IONA products.

Softline (2004 - 2006)

Position: Senior Software Developer

. Project "ARM VZ" created for the UkrPost (national Ukrainian public

service company) to introduce automation into the workplaces all over

Ukraine, 3000+ access points. The 3 replication levels up. The project

is designed in Delphi 7 with Firebird database support.

. Responsibilities: Analyzing customer requirements and producing

technical specifications. Architecting and developing the core of the

project.

. The project was successfully implemented and is successfully used

today.
