freelance resources, printers and programmers. Worked directly for CMO of

. ADT Security: National communications campaign to reduce false alarms
and contain costs for both ADT and the communities the company serves
-- because every false alarm dispatches police, fire and emergency
personnel. Murray efforts to five thousand customers resulted in a 25%
decrease in false alarms plus a savings to ADT from significant
risk/loss at $2 billion annually. Personally responsible for internal
ADT business operations evaluation and recommendations to make
education a priority at every customer touch point. Campaign continues
