separate facilities - Carv-Craft, Just-in-Time (distributor), and PI

Worldwide (global procurement/warehousing arm) - in 3 cities, with

management, from prototyping/design, manufacturing, and procurement to

sales and distribution, traveling internationally to ensure quality and
