October 2005-May 2006 Project Superintendent: Jay-Reese Contractors,
Killeen - Ft Hood Taxiway Expansion: Completion of a five
million dollar addition of a new taxiway and civil improvements
to the runway safety area at Killeen - FT. Hood airport. Replaced
superintendent on project running over schedule.
o My initiative and coordination efforts resulted in the owner
not levying liquidated damages.
o Supervised civil, paving, striping, and erosion control
contractors during installation of new airport taxiway and
supervised electrical contractor during installation of new
airport lighting and signage.
o Coordinated construction activities with airport authorities
so not to disrupt commercial or military air traffic.

and Contractors. Assisted in resolving
interferences between the new system and existing piping

Sand Hill Energy Project : Contracted by Austin Energy to
perform field inspections of underground electrical conduit
providing power and control for plant systems, verify compliance
with plans and specifications and document project.
o Derived instrument tag numbers off Piping and
Instrument Diagrams to establish plant database.
o Performed instrument audit and audits on Requests for
Information, Non-Conformance Reports and drawing
logs. Provided "end of project" status reports.

Austin Convention Center Expansion: Contracted by City of
Austin to perform field inspections, coordinate and document
