. Managed 175,000 sq. ft., $40M class-A office building complex and

achieved all deadlines and met budget constraints during challenging

economic downturn. Effectively managed multiple changes without

delaying project delivery date.

. Concurrently managed two major projects. Included 480,000 sq. ft.,

design, build, spec industrial building which required close oversight

of placement of 300,000 yards imported fill prior to construction

activities and 135,000 sq. ft. design, build, spec industrial

property.

VERKLER INCORPORATED, Indianapolis, IN 2003 - 2006 / 1998 - 2000

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Managed multiple prime contracts for mid-sized general contractor

management firm specializing in institutional construction. Planned and

wrote scopes of work, interviewed, reviewed and awarded contractor bids,

tracked submittals, reviewed payouts, reported on projects at school board

meetings, coordinated construction activities with school principals and

. Managed 42 prime contracts concurrently, as on-site owner's

representative for construction of new elementary school and

renovations at two high schools, both for Frankton Lapel School

Corporation.

. Turned around adversarial school board relationship on floundering

project. Resolved critical issues and built strong relationship based

. Managed two renovation projects for Northwestern School Corporation

that connected existing schools. Required extensive coordination due

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Managed small construction projects after completion of assignment with

Verkler Inc.

. Hired by Frankton Lapel School Corporation to supervise demolition of

two abandoned school building which required close monitoring due to

asbestos containing materials. Project was completed without any

additional cost to owners.

. Managed construction of new bus maintenance facility. Interfaced with

project architect during design and prepared front-end documents,

solicited bids and managed construction of under-budget project.

EARTH TECH, Indianapolis, IN 1996 - 1998

MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Managed newly formed construction department for local office of national

engineering and design firm specializing in government design/build

projects for various Air Force and Army bases and U.S. Postal Service.

Service in Evansville, IN. Required hiring all iron and sheet metal

workers to self perform structural steel and standing seam roof.
