utilizing cellular manufacturing which will meet

forecasted demand for a three year planning horizon

under a given set of constraints.

Computer Integrated Manufacturing: Complete the

design and production of a part using computer

applications and NC coding.

Production Planning and Control: Use SPC techniques

to monitor whether batches within a production process

maintain statistical control.

Quality Assurance Systems: Course project involving

the creation of a company and the steps required in

order to become ISO 9001:2008 registered. Tasks

include creation of quality manual and procedures,

creation of work instructions, and mock audits.
