Maintained division’s internet/intranet websites using .NET technology. This
included creating database schema using SQL Server. Future projects include designing,
creating, and maintaining dynamic data driven websites, using the .NET technology, to
supply staff with ad-hoc reporting as well as providing statistical information from legacy
databases. Serving as Information Technology focal point by troubleshooting pc related
problems, suggesting and implementing new software and hardware requirements for the
division.
Selected Contributions:
Created web based application tracking budget guidelines which improved
transparency, and maintain financial quotas throughout the division budget cycle.
Suggested and implemented complete hardware conversion of pc, migrating
successfully from Windows 2000 to Windows XP for all 60+ users.

Maintaining ITSD standards for all computers, ordering and installing new software/hardware
as needed, and solving technical issues. Serving as a liaison between client and ITSD for
problems which need more technical support. Responsible for creating the new TTS website
using .NET technology as well as maintaining the Lump Sum application using classic ASP
technology.
Selected Contributions:
Created web based application using .NET technology which currently all UN staff
are required to use while requesting travel compensation. The project was met on time
without going over budget limits.

Provide project leadership and direction to 3 employees for application enhancement. This
included production timetable, status reporting, client/project team coordination, and quality
assurance. Introduced development and application of client needs assessment and product
specifications to define and manage previously neglected expectations. Introduced a self-
service Web-based reporting module to provide clients with ad-hoc documentations to
increase client satisfaction and management expectations. Direct liaison with outsourced
developer to provide technical enhancements. Create tracking system via website to organize
project assets, reduce time, and locate assets. Envisioned and presented management with
technological concepts to serve their business needs. Initiated and implemented Web-based
reporting module for client prototype review before self service module was created.
Selected Contributions:
The web based application was finalized and implemented on time. This application
is the official UN appraisal application which all managers are required to use.

Duties include all BIS system application from maintenance and development. Maintaining
support for PPBD web site. Maintaining support for the BIS to ensure the systems availability
24/7. Ensure that all users systems are available by providing latest patches and
troubleshooting any problems users encounter. Updating and revising the PPBD website by
uploading current and relevant documents as needed. Bridging appropriation and allotment to
IMIS Bridging expenditures between BIS and IMISUpdate reference tables in IMIS to ensure
readiness of the system for bridging process. Liaison to ITSD for completion of service
requests.

Creating and modifying all North America game product websites from concept to creation.
Writing HTML, Flash and ASP code including CSS, JavaScript, and DHTML. This included
backend design using Access and SQL Server and modifying images from Europe to be
catered to the North American audience using Adobe Photoshop and Image Ready. Act as
project manager to assure that all aspect of the website was done on a timely fashion. Duties
also included that all hardware and software products were installed and configured to
Infogrames standard.
