I am a motivated individual seeking to continue my career in the

computer field. I'm honest and hard working, I can quickly adapt to

.Duties: Cleaning, repairing and programming Servers for use around

the world, Maintaining return schedule for warranty Hard drives and

equipment. Managed the distribution of software to employees,

technical support when needed to customers. On a daily routine I

receive computers from around the country and clean the machine

thoroughly, then each part is inspected and then repaired or replaced

depending on the need. Once the computer is fixed it is tested and

then loaded with the appropriate software needed by the customer,

this is generally a windows based software that is customizable to

the customers needs.

November 1999 - September 2004 It Technician

Duties. Maintaining an 85 computer network. Maintaining all hubs.

Switches, and Servers, using active directory and the Microsoft

server 2000 and 2003 packages. Providing Desktop Support and phone

support to all employees including the upgrade, repair, maintence and

ordering of all pc's. Installation of a new SQL server software

application as the main system for the company. Maintaining a fiber

optic network, running new lines of cat5, telephone and fiber optic

lines as needed, all servers connected to the network including mail

server, data server, and redundant systems. Responsible for backup of

all data on daily bases and tracking. Maintained all user accounts

for phone system and troubleshooting of lines. Installation of

additional lines. Other duties ass assigned.
