Crosswater Financial Corporation. AREI was a syndicator of senior housing
properties to high net worth tenant-in-common owners through 1031
exchanges. OHMC managed day-to- day operations of the properties. My
primary mission was to refinance existing properties through debt and
equity offerings by working with numerous lenders and investors, improve
the evaluation of proposed property acquisitions, develop a new sustainable
business model, and improve property operations.

* Negotiate the equity and debt refinance of eight properties with a
total portfolio value of approximately $100 million

The original company, the Laird Norton Trust Company, was founded in 1967
to manage the wealth of old-time Seattle families. The Laird Norton
Financial Group was formed in 1994 to hold three operating subsidiaries -

combined client assets of over $7 billion including traditional and
alternative investments.
