Litigation Support Project Manager 2008 to Present
Responsible for the development of, and management, review, and processing of litigation support projects through
direct interaction with case attorneys and their Litigation Support staff.
Manage and coordinate all litigation support/e-discovery aspects of individual cases, collection through production.
Manage limited native-file conversion, and production in both TIFF & native format.
Extensive experience using ASP's for culling electronic data collections, queries, reports, and document review and
production.
Serve as the liaison between case stakeholders (Counsel, IT, LS personnel for platform use, schedules and budgeting.
Quality assurance check and loading of data and image files into litigation support applications prior to forwarding the
data and tracking logs to the law firm client.
Perform the set up and maintenance of in-house scanning projects.
Perform administrative data management activities such as: database creation (security and rights, fields,
privilege/responsive criteria, tags), data, image and OCR loads, production runs, create CD-ROM’s, build production
subsets, and ongoing database maintenance.
Maintain and troubleshoot litigation databases (perform data normalization, global edits, remove duplicates, overlay

Worked with Law Firms, General Counsel, and Expert Witness firms to provide courtroom visuals and trial support
(demonstrative evidence and exhibits) including visual support presentations of data, computer generated visual event
simulations and re-creations, and large-scale exhibit boards. I also worked with clients in insuring the validity, and
forensic or engineering accuracy of the exhibit, as well as its admissibility and defensibility before the court.
Acted in Project Management capacity for Broadcast TV clients to manage studio and newsroom build-outs,
production and newsroom facility upgrades, and analog to digital facility conversions.
