Mathias Corporation is a 14 year old comprehensive construction management
firm providing unparalleled services to all of its clients. Hired to serve
as a key member of estimating team prior to assuming role in field
operations as a project superintendent. Representative projects include:
. Gwinnett Community Bank: Built two freestanding branches and
remodeled existing branch over one year period. Helped owner make
design decisions utilizing a hands on approach by visiting millwork
manufactures, lighting warehouses, stone, and brick distributors.
Achieved 100% owner satisfaction, met all project deadlines, as well
as budgetary and quality benchmarks.
. Latter Day Saints Meeting House Expansion: 5,000 ft addition to
existing church. Completed addition to church while meeting strict
owner standards and avoiding liquidated damages. First time contractor
with owner and have been recommended to bid other work within
organization.
. Rock-Tenn Exterior Stair Entrance Replacement: Replaced entrance
stairs on both ends of executive offices while building was fully
occupied. Maintained safe and code compliant access throughout the
project. Created superior owner / contractor relationship, such that
Rock - Tenn hired Mathias for subsequent building projects at
corporate campus.
. International Square: Converted existing 2 story warehouse into 80,000
ft retail space Offered design assistance where drawings incomplete
due to unknown conditions in building. Took a blighted building and
turned it into a valued part of Chamblee's International Village.
TIMBERTON CONSTRUCTION CO.; Norcross, GA
2001 to 2006
Timberton is a branch of Yung Lee Developers, providing turnkey
construction management services. Representative projects included:
. Beavercreek Townhome Condos (Norcross GA): Built 125 unit Townhomes
from site work to owner occupied. Hired sub-contractors as well as
self performed much of the work. Created relationships with

occurred as scheduled. Assumed responsibility for the resolution of
owner issues/concerns after occupancy. Assured cost control and
profitability for developer.
. Park Village: Initial site development survey and feasibility for
developer. Recommended general contractor for the project. Handled
site work scope beyond that of general contractor.
. Centro Norcross: 20,000 ft of specialty office / retail space
(Norcross, GA)
