Professional Summary:
I am a dedicated technologist with 11 years experience in the IT
industry. I am an expert with the process and protocols involved with
training, migrations, implementations and maintenance of a variety of
operating systems, databases and proprietary software. I have supported up
to and beyond 2000 end users and networks with up to 55 servers. I am
expert in LAN/WAN management and user end support. I am looking for a
company where I can demonstrate my skills and abilities with a team of IT
professionals that work together to achieve excellence or as an individual
to achieve the same goal of excellence. My greatest desire is job security
and the ability to grow within a company dedicated to the retention of
their employees and the satisfaction of its clients and or end user
community. My experience allows me to take the helm as lead or be part of a
dynamic team. Customer service is my highest priority and doing "whatever
it takes" to achieve a result the client is happy with and I can be proud
of. A drastic cut in contractual hours has led me to search for a new
place of employment.
