the National Health System. Technical expertise included image and large
scale data transmission, secure network transmission. Provided SAS
expertise for improving and monitoring patient and data processing time
Fannie Mae (September 1988 - January 2008 Washington, DC): Senior Systems
Development
Systems design, implementation, and support for large scale multi-platform
systems. Project development expertise incorporating all phases of system
life-cycles provided. Detail oriented analysis and development provided.
Expertise in General Ledger, Risk Management, and Funds Transfer provided.
Project development, design, and support incorporated familiarity with

Projects included:
Credit Policy Risk Management Systems
Designed, developed data base systems for Fannie Mae's entire mortgage
portfolio to provide corporate risk exposure - Delinquency Reporting
System. Provided data analysis, striation techniques, and modeling for
building repositories, providing reports, and ensuring federal guidelines
were met - Lender Portfolio Reporting and Analysis. Tools used were IBM,
SAS Functions, and SAS extraction and reporting techniques.
ACH Funds Transfer System
Designed, developed, and implemented Fannie Mae's ACH Funds Transfer
System. Provided in-depth knowledge of the Federal Reserve Bank, NACHA,
ACH, and transfer systems processing over $1.5 trillion on an annual basis.
Transfers also included Securities, and NBES (Fed's Securities Reporting).
Provided analysis and reporting of all data. This included the
manipulation, extraction, analysis and reporting of massive amounts of data
involved in mortgage securities. Analysis was provided for corporate risk
exposure based on lender volume. Tools used were UNIX, BULKDATA, SAS
formatting and reporting. SAS functions were used for determining lender
exposure. Standardized ACH formatting was determined and provided for all
Mortgage Insurers.
Securities Analysis Systems
Provided Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) analysis via the Federal Reserve
Bank's National Book Entry System
Provided analysis, reporting, and extracts for all Fannie Mae Securities.
