Lead Database Analyst and Administrator for a comprehensive billing and

customer care solution for global wireless operators.

Accomplishment Highlights:

. Improved the security of sensitive data stored in the production database

of a wireless service provider to reduce fraudulent activities. Designed,

developed, and implemented a data encryption process using Triple Data

Encryption Standard (DES) procedures of the Oracle obfuscation toolkit to

mask the clear text data.

. Reduced by 87% the runtime of the billing software's database objects

migration across three system releases, a process that would otherwise

have caused the client's production database to be offline for at least

30 hours was completed in 4 hours. Led the team of database analysts in

the development and implementation of this multi-release migration

package.

. Streamlined the development testing process of database objects by

developing and implementing a private database schemas concept that

provided each user the ability to create their own copy of the product's

database objects for individualized testing on the same development

database.

. Enhanced the availability and recoverability of the internal work

management system's production database by implementing two remote

standby databases, allowing for a quick failover in case of production

database failure.
