Retired and Separated associates of Mars. Held fiscal responsibility for functional areas of training, mentoring,
performance appraisals, career development, licenses, system upgrades and changes, vendor management.

Systems Hardware Specialist 2006-2008
Promoted to a Systems Hardware Specialist where my position was to work along side of Mars Remote Sales
Associates. In doing this role, ninety percent of my work was done remotely. I worked on all laptops,
peripherals, printers and home networks. Established working relationship with these associates while
troubleshooting and repairing all equipment. In this position, I became a SME for multiple Mars databases as I
was working with my associates in installing and troubleshooting.
Redeveloped the New Item Distribution website, as directed by our Zone 5. Worked together with Mars
IS contractor to revamp this site. Trained the associates who were gaining responsibility as
administrators on how to run and how the site works. I am currently listed as Technical Point of Contact.
Established 6 Customer ID’s and moved all STS and EA Berg Customer Numbers to specific customer
ID. USCRD Change. Involved all parties, consolidated Customer ID’s to EA Berg, STS, McLane,
Coremark, HT Hackney and Eby Brown. had a set of objectives, broke down work into steps, evaluated
project. Informed all parties involved how the change would affect them. Drove to EA Berg, for 1 on 1
session to explain how to update the Customer ID database.
Attended the National Sales Conference in Orlando, Fl, and worked in the Cyber Café for entire event
while assistant associates with computer issues and other technical support.
Developed and Executed Remote Associate upgrade from Windows 2000 NT to Windows SDS XP. In
Coordination with Associates my team developed plan to distribute new software on laptops and ensure
the associates had minimal downtime.
Recognized for leading project of transitioning Broker Handheld responsibility from Canada – Field
Matrix to the Broker SDS. Traveled to Austin, TX to meet with SDS discuss transfer and begin training
on building the iCAN Broker software within each handheld unit.

a Risk Management Portfolio for thirteen accounts from throughout the US. Working on this position I was
recognized for my diligence in finding lost deductions and reducing lost monies. While in this position it was
realized I should be in a more technical role, due to my ability to work in various mainframe functions. I was then
promoted.
