What Do I Want?

I want to work with people who are passionate about what they do. I want to find an environment where my

colleagues are excited to come into the office at the start of every day and at the end of every day can say they have

accomplished something meaningful. I want to apply my skill and experience alongside a team who values it.

Who Am I?

• I am conversationally f luent in Spanish.

• Proficient at data manipulation, analysis, and writing.

• Experienced creating simple web pages, mockups, and reports using Adobe Creative Suite.

• I am fascinated by social media and have a hunger for learning.

• I am neat and organized, partly due to mild OCD.

• If I do not know the answer to something, the definition to something, I immediately research it. Many

don’t worry; there is a notebook of half finished ideas just waiting.

Where Have I Been?

2004 Present CodeSense

• Served as a social media consultant to Cisco partners, educating them in social media best practices, how to

setup an external social media presence and starting internal company engagement through social media.

Conducted training webinars for 20 50 persons for various Cisco resellers ranging in location from

Brazil to Amsterdam.

• Experienced social media analyst; creating reports gauging a company’s current online presence and citing

possible improvements and strategies for better engagement.

• Currently serve as the online community manager for Sprint’s Unified Communications blog

SeamlessEnterprise.com.

Increased referral traffic from 114 page views in January 2010 to 489 page views for the first two

weeks of February 2010.

Saw increases of 146%, 100%, and 78% in reach, velocity, and activity respectively by the second

week of engagement (Klout).

• Experienced at conducting onsite client strategy meetings, software, and hardware setups.

August 2009 November 2009 ShoutBlaze

• Created company’s full social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and a WordPress

blog.

• Created marketing materials, and oversaw all social media content/activities.

• Acted as sales support, researching and prospecting for leads. Bringing in 2 accounts totaling $30,000 in

annual revenue for ShoutBlaze, with the possibility of a partnership with the providing company for many

$100,000’s in annual revenues after the satisfactory completion of the 2 test accounts.

May 2009 August 2009 MarkIT Group

• Founding employee who oversaw, and copywrote, the creation of an internal training manual detailing step

by step instructions for content syndication by MarkIT employees to the top social media networks.

• Launched online campaign for Weisshouse, a high end furniture gallery based in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Unique Finds campaign (uniquefinds.weisshouse.com) was promoted using Twitter,

Facebook, and the store’s blog.

Upon the first week of the campaign’s launch Weisshouse sold a $5,000 item to a client from out

of town, which saw the item on their online presence.

• Launched the social media presence of the Allegheny Harvard Yale Princeton Club, Pascale

Communications, MarkIT Group, ShoutBlaze, Weisshouse, Friends of the Riverfront, Right by Nature,

STORExpress, and WorldDealer.

Total revenue generated from services I performed for MarkIT clients was approximately

$200,000.

• Gained firsthand experience brainstorming, setting milestones for success, and creating overall client social

media marketing campaigns.

• Copywrote content (blogs, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn) for campaigns and created visuals for online use

from client promotional materials and online campaigns (magazine/newspapers/blogs).

• Responsible for managing a team of 4 workers, and overseeing all client content syndication and creation.

• Served as the primary client contact on day to day issues and campaign planning/execution.
