Project Development/ Commercial & Residential Sales

. In charge of self-gaining and maintaining new projects for the

company, within first five months negotiated and secured over

$1,000,000 of new projects with a closing rate/lost projects

ratio of 26%

. Introduced the company owner to bonding agents and secured a

$1,500,000 bonding line for the company so they can now bid

large bonded projects

specific project.

. Gathered subcontractor quotes and reviewed scopes of work, then

. Compiled bid results and preformed analysis to monitor and

control the company estimating process.

. Searched out new surety companies and lowered the company

. Supervised the demolition of 2 bridges done by a subcontractor.

Responsibilities included nightly road closing and opening,

coordination between subcontractor and contractor, safety issues

and work plans for sequencing of demolition.
