BUSINESS ANALYST
Solved complex process problems in the translation of engineering design to
manufacturing systems in multiple countries.
Created prototype version of IBM in SAP ECC demonstrating to senior
management native functionality can eliminate expensive custom code.
Evaluated technologies and architecture for transmitting product data from
a new PLM system to SAP. Interviewed vendors, customers and researched
published data to determine the best technology resulting in a project to
design a new interface for these systems.
Managed the migration of engineering information during the divestiture of
Lenovo from IBM. Analyzed, planned and executed the transfer of product
information prior to the divestiture and supervised the successful on
schedule loading of the information to Lenovo's SAP system.
Analyzed post-production support activities in a search for cost reduction
opportunities. Leveraged Six Sigma methodologies highlighting half of post-
production expenses were incurred through client requirements and not
development errors.
Improved the process of matching new projects and project managers by
integrating process analysis. Utilized new process successfully to assign
