As a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team, managed Corporate Human

Resources, which included the Executive Suite, Global Information

Technology, General Counsel, Human Resources, Corporate Development,

Management and drove toward solutions that met business goals. More

internal consulting department that reduced turnover, increased

. Key leader in a corporate-wide "Management Span of Control" initiative

that produced recommendations for streamlining the operating

structure, improving the use of strategic resources which resulted in

a 5% reduction in operating expenses.

. Led teams of executives tasked with ensuring business alignment to

growth strategies by leveraging process/project management protocols,

resulting in:

o Introduced a low cost time and labor management initiative

(through a third party payroll provider) that saved Chubb in

excess of $1M per year.

o Led a project team to increase Company retention and reduce

turnover, project reduced turnover by 31%.

o Developed a charter for and managed the start up operation of a

centralized recruiting unit. The unit was implemented ahead of

plan, and reduced costs to the company by 22%.

. Led organizational effectiveness assessments that produced:

streamlined structures, redefinition of roles and responsibilities,

and reassignment of key executives.

. Deployed leadership education and change management coaching

throughout the company.

. Produced and drove initiatives for senior management regarding:

communication/explanation about long-term incentive programs,

corporate compliance guidelines, new business integration, succession

planning and community relations.
