Description: This is a supply chain system, where orders are received from customers and

finished product is delivered.

Responsibilities:

FI/Asset Management:

• Designed and Developed conversion programs to transfer Fixed Assets, Internal Orders

to new company codes. Successfully migrated very large data, about 30,000 assets to

new Company codes. Transfer Depreciations when transferring the assets to new

company. Gather related information from business owners. Used BAPIs to extract

master data of the legacy assets and migrate the assets to new company codes.

• Configuration in fixed assets for new companies. Configured legacy transfer date, posting

period. Configure external number range for CIP orders and Assets. Assign Budget

Manager in config.

• Transfer CIP(construction in progress) orders to new company and creation of CIP asset

in new company code.

• Transfer GL Balances of the CIP orders, Assign budget to CIP.

• Conversion program to transfer Templates (product proposal order).

• Used LSMW to load second set of Fixed Assets into SAP. Loaded the assets with

depreciation. Made transfer date config in new company code.

Designed and developed Interfaces to Kewill, Aries and Inttra. Created new Output type

on sales order. Idoc Configuration to send ORDERS to Kewill/Inttra. Modified UserExit to

the IDOC. Developed RFC Function modules to update Z table with sales order received

Responsibilities:

SD:

• Designed and Developed various BAPI’s, Function Modules, RFC, Reports, Smartforms

and Workflows.

Developed custom transaction to create export delivery. The different steps that are

performed are Combination check, APO ATP check using SAP BAPI, creation of Export

delivery, creation of stock transfer delivery, submit outputs of all deliveries created and

check the status of the outputs. Application log feature has been used to log the

messages at every stage of the process. Handled validation, checks, and BDC and

Application logs using Methods of Global Class. Used field symbols to access data

objects dynamically and to improve the performance. Used SAP Classes, ABAP Objects,

created Global Classes/Methods. Created Global classes with methods to handle

generic requirements across the project. Created local classes for event handling in ALV

reports. Worked on sales Order/Deliveries userexits.

Creation of technical specification for every development. Update Solution Manager with

technical spec.

Performance tuning of the application using various methods.

Developed new Function Module to post manufacturing recoveries, this is similar to

GB01.

Developed new ALV AR/AP/GL Reconciliation reports.

Developed technical specifications. Update Solution manager with technical spec, unit

Interfaces:

• Designed and Created various RFC enabled function modules which are called by

shipping company to advice SAP R/3 on the status of the shipment. The information that

is sent is Booking confirmation, Shipped on board, Gatein advice and ship sailed advice.

Used BDC to update Deliveries.

• Developed IDOC to advice Legacy system that an Early product request is approved.

• Involved in modification of Global Passport IDOC, this IDOC contains information such as

sales orders, deliveries, shipping, texts, and pricing.

• Extended the SAP standard IDOCS with new segment.

Upgrade SAP 4.7 To ECC:

• Preparation and participation in implementation of the upgrade process itself, adjustment
