District Manager
Directed all business operations for 12-16 rental and retail locations in
the Greater Milwaukee market, with over eight million dollars in annual
sales. Managed all fiscal responsibilities from comprehensive sales
programs, shrink control labor demand and expense control. Developed and
implemented a district specific customer service solution plan to improve
customer loyalty, comprehensive and new business sales. Developed new
merchandising plans to increase retail sales in a primarily rental
environment.

the district as a whole in areas of sales, operations, security/shrink
