Project Description:
In 2003, Accenture assisted the City of New York and the Department of
Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) in launching the 311
Citizen Service Center. 311 provide customers of New York City a means of
contacting municipal services and reporting non-emergency situations by
dialing 3-1-1.
Calls are handled by Call Center Representatives (CCR) and information
regarding the call is captured in the Customer Service Management System
(CSMS). When someone calls 311, a CCR uses keywords from the callers
request to search the 311 knowledge-base for the most relevant service.
DoITT is in the process of performing an upgrade to the CSMS application.
The CSMS Siebel 7.8 Upgrade project will upgrade the CSMS application from
Siebel 7.5.3.15 Horizontal to Siebel 7.8 Public Sector Vertical. The 7.8
upgrade project is scheduled to last until the end of June 2007.

. Worked on a dual role the primary focus is to test Exception,
Emergency, Quick Change and Technical Releases. The Secondary focus is
on the current Major or Minor release of the project. Production

Accenture was retained by the US operating groups within BMS to replace

institutional operations capabilities. These systems will support the US

interface. This application is driven from AIDOC library, which is a one-
stop content management system contains the collection of Press releases,
News and Annual reports of Amnesty International. Moving away from
traditional page centric design, this site is based on a MVC (Model-View-
Controller) design pattern. Created dynamic "Death Penalty" section for
AIUSA site. We are using Apache Struts as our framework on Tomcat with
DominoR5, my SQL and DB2 databases on Red Hat Linux platform.
