Improved collection efforts by maximizing internal resources and using external contractors to reduce bad
debt while maintaining a strong subscriber base. By increasing agent log in percentage, setting higher
benchmarks, enhancing commission structure to incent employees to collect entire past due balances, and
utilizing collection technologies I was able to improve the divisions financial performance. Supervised 27-
person collections team divided between 2 locations with a combined subscriber base of over 700,000
subscribers.
• Used and trained team members on the use of Neustar, and Accurint fraud management tools.
• Evaluated collection practices and procedures of Rochester and Buffalo divisions during Western NY
