Summary of Relevant Qualifications
Over twenty years of experience in estimating, management, and construction
with twelve years of experience in estimating for all divisions for
government, heavy industrial and commercial projects. Expertise spans all
phases estimating including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive
estimates. Project estimates ranged from less than $1M to over $500 M.

Principal Estimator, Parsons Life Sciences/Industrial Division 01/08 -
Present
Directly responsible for determining project costs and coordinating project
estimates, including compilation and verification of discipline input, 3rd
party estimates, review of completed estimates, risk analysis, and
preparation of estimates for corporate review and client presentation.
Duties include assisting discipline engineers, construction managers, and
project control personnel in scheduling and implementing construction
execution plans. Provide training and guidance to assigned personnel,
review work of subordinate personnel for quality, clarity, and application.
Additional responsibilities include providing estimates for monitoring
ongoing projects and forecasting overall project costs.
I have provided estimating support to a wide variety of clients from LES,
GE, DuPont, ExxonMobil, to Pharma clients.
Senior Estimator Consultant, iParametrics, Atlanta, GA 08/07-

Assignment to the client Clark/McCarthy's Tom Bradley International
Terminal project at LAX responsibilities included review original
structural, architectural, mechanical drawings and revised drawings, create
ROM estimates for all divisions impacted, request quotes from
subcontractors, review subcontractor bids, create Proposed Change Order,
enter data into constructware, and create communication of Change
Order/Task Order Cost impact within 21 days of notices to construction
manager.
(Parsons is the CM on the project and I was recruited and relocated to
Boston)
Estimator II, Fabcon Inc. Savage, MN
02/05 - 06/07
Fabcon is a national manufacturer and contractor of precast pre-stressed
concrete wall panels with sales over $100 million dollars for projects that
Fabcon acted as Prime/General for site development of one off developments.
I reviewed requests for bids and coordinated sales, project management, and
engineering teams to meet the needs of the client. In addition Fabcon, used
my range of knowledge to create and train the estimating group, and write
ISO approved work instructions for the new estimating system that the
company implemented from an excel spreadsheet to a web based estimating
solution.
Estimating Manager, Maracon Inc. Uniontown, PA
12/03 - 01/05
A Prime Contractor that was involved in metal building distribution, retail
development and Hard Bid Government work. Accomplishments include
four Greenfield developments and three school renovations, an urgent care,
Dr Office, MRI addition, & renovation of Uniontown General Hospital. I
oversaw a team of three estimators and two assistants.
(Do to project before I started Maracon lost its ability to get bonding.)
Sr Project Control Specialist, Jimale Technical Service Seattle, WA
2002
Assigned to the Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, responsibilities
were to convert heavy rail system capitol improvement contracts from the
existing project management system to Expedition 7.5 for a total of $600
million of contracts. Assigned to the Port of Seattle Pier 43 expansion
responsible for creating a master schedule and budget for the project.

07/01 - 01/02
Participated in the management team that worked on the Pentagon Wedge1
renovation. Produced estimates on the Pentagon physical fitness and
readiness facility, WestPoint renovation, Philadelphia Eagles stadium, and
the Chicago Bears new stadium as well as several runway expansion projects.
Including Port of Columbus International Airport Air Control Tower and 1000
m Expansion of North Runway.

Project management of the largest project Westmark had done to date from
conception to completion. This contractor specialized in Multi-Family,
Hospitality, & Government Projects. Handled RFIs, Change Orders,
