SUMMARY

Ravi is an accomplished manager experienced in conducting high-pressure

projects in a variety of industries. He has spent seven years providing

fraud prevention, fraud investigation, forensic accounting, and litigation

consulting services to private and public companies. He is comfortable and

experienced in working with and reporting to corporate executives,

attorneys, regulatory agencies, and other third parties. He has

Perform investigative and consulting services for a variety of industries,

including but not limited to; healthcare, manufacturing, transportation

management, electronic library services, automotive parts, consumer

electronics outlet, food production, television production, auto racing,

and real estate investment that range from small private companies to large

Fraud and Forensic Accounting - 2 Selected Projects:

Client: External audit of a manufacturer of emergency and rescue vehicles

Objective: Performed shadow investigation of internal auditor procedures

in the investigation of unsupported and fraudulent journal entries

perpetrated by a corporate controller at a manufacturer of emergency and

rescue vehicles.

Key Results: Determined through forensic interview summaries, sample

testing of journal entries, and review of current process and procedures

that fraudulent journal entries and improper inventory counts were created

due to improper tone-from-the top directives from specific senior executive-

level individuals.

Client: Global chemical manufacturer

Objective: Investigated allegations of unsupported journal entries and

improper tone-at-the top as identified by this global chemical

manufacturer's auditors.

Key Results: Determined through a review of over 700,000 emails, detailed

background investigations of key accounting and finance employees, and a

review of sampled journal entries that there were no indications of

fraudulently made journal entries however there were tone at the top issues

and insufficient accounting expertise in the accounting department.

Data Analytics - 1 Selected Project:

Client: Fortune 500 retail chain

Objective: Review results of data analytics for indications of fraudulent

transactions on the company's vendor master file, employee master file,

payroll data, accounts payable data, and accounts receivable data.

Prioritize findings and help mitigate the risk of future fraudulent

transactions by working with the client and their process holders to

determine new processes and procedures.

Key Results: Through a review of potential fraudulent transactions

identified conflict of interest issues, ghost employees, and over payment

for services. Through a review of policy and procedures identified further

cost savings by combining processes, consolidating vendor services on

company level and not department level, and identifying vendor processes

that should have gone up for bidding but were not, we also identified

various areas where stricter controls were needed.

Ligation and Dispute Consulting - 1 Selected Project:

Client: Fortune 500 automotive manufacture

Objective: Calculate potential damages associated to an alleged breach of

contract by a race team sponsored by the client. Write an expert report

that details the damage calculation methodology. Prepare an expert to

testify on the damage calculation methodology and calculated amount.

Key Results: Through a review of the contract, depositions, accounting

activity, interviews with client and race team personnel, and other

documentation; we determined a calculation methodology that captured all of

the costs forgone by the race team due to their affiliation with the

client, as well as, determined the amount of sponsorship fees that were to

be refunded due to the alleged breach of contract. The court awarded the

client $16 million, which was the total amount calculated in the expert

report.
