Director, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and Quality 2007-Present

Overhauled, re-established, staffed, developed, and managed a world class

manufacturing engineering and operations functions; as well as

Quality/Reliability/FA functions for an American based commercial laser

business (consisting of both Power Supplies, Boards, Solid State, and Gas

commercial/industrial lasers). Dramatically reduced customer return rates,

secured and selected Thailand based CM, transferred all back end

manufacturing/operations while reducing overhead and greatly improving

customer satisfaction.
