Research Assistant December 2008 - May 2009
Under the direction of Mayor Bloomberg, the Green Codes Task Force is a
collaboration of developers, owners, city officials, and neighborhood and
trade groups to revise New York City's building and construction codes.
Researched and analyzed U.S. and international code precedents. Drafted
and revised code proposals.

Research Assistant October 2008 - May 2009
Researched transferrable development right (TDRs) utilization in New York
City. Collected detailed purchase/sale information by analyzing contract
filings, zoning regulations, and tax maps. Data will be used to create a
centralized database to be used for the promotion of efficient development.

Negotiated with literary estates, publishers, and agents to obtain
copyright permissions and licenses for the The Big Read (the largest book
