Attn; Human Resources,
I am inquiring about your need for Tooling/Project Engineer.
I am the right person for this job because of my achievements in
design/manufacturing of components and managing projects from conception
thru completion.
Most of my career has been in precision metal stamping design and
development, serving the automotive, appliance, ordinance, aerospace,
electronic, building and packaging industries. I have worked with customers
to build their specifications for manufacturing feasibility that always met
and often exceeded the customer's expectations. With a strong knowledge of
the manufacturing process I have worked with ferrous and nonferrous
materials from .0030 thru .4375 thick as well as with the insert molding
process.
For the last 6-years I've designed and supervised the build and development
of OEM automation
equipment for fabrication and assembly for the beverage industry. These
machines included a transfer die (L to R) and a progressive die that
created the lid assembly. I have also designed and
lead technology for stamping, fabrication and assembly of Medtronic's
Pacemaker program.
QA analysis of my projects was always employed, as these tools were vital
to the success of my projects. (PPAP, SPC, CPK, FMEA, GDT I have also
authored QS & ISO standards.
Hands-on experience and decision-making leadership have allowed me to be a
strong contributor
to the groups I conducted. As well as coordinating Vendor/Supplier
involvement.
I can contribute to your organization as a self-starter and technical
liaison. As my resume represents I have a great passion for detail,
achieving positive results thus building a positive
thrust to growing business.
Please call me to set up an interview,
