1. Directed unionized work force (Teamster Local 210) of Assemblers,
Machine Operators, MH's, Compounders and Hilo Operators, of their
daily task to meet Chanel's production/distribution needs while
maintaining cGMP. (100+ employees)
2. Successfully oversaw the Compounding and Assembly production of the
largest color launch in Chanel history. The launch of Rouge Allure
lipstick.
3. Responsible for the maintenance needs for Turret trucks, order
pickers, Hilo's and power jacks, as well as P.M. and repairs to
manufacturing machines and equipment.

o Efficiency: Increased overall Department Picking efficiency for five
consecutive years 2000 thru 2004. Increased overall Department Lipstick
production efficiency & production yield for three consecutive years 2006
thru 2008. Which resulted into a significant "cost savings".
1. Increased inventory accuracy for production components in 2008 to
99.7%.
o Safety: Established new departmental Safety records for three different
areas of responsibility for Chanel Inc. Pick Pack (2004), Assembly (2006)
and set new company safety record in November 2008 in lipstick production
area with 1750 without an accident.

My position was Warehouse Operations Manager for Warner Bros. Film Vaults &
Storage facility. I am able to work independently and highly self
motivated. My direct supervision was located in Burbank California, which
made me completely responsible for the entire Building, Property, Facility
Operations and employees, which consist of the following duties:
o Effectively implemented Storage & Retrieval system to allow the facility
to accurately maintain a complex inventory system of highly valuable Film
negatives, Movie prints, Archive items, Files and Merchandise.
o Reduced the operational budget for the facility. Authorized all building
invoices for payment.
o Developed the facility in to a profitable cost center for WB. Established
internal billing for storage and services to each warehouse user.
o Renegotiated all service contracts, which resulted in a substantial
reduction in operational cost. Established Energy Saving Program which
reduced fuel oil consumption. Researched Con Edison Shared Energy Savings
Program, permanently reduced kilowatt usage.
o Overseen the daily functions of meeting various shipping and storage
needs for 25 Warner Bros., DC Comics and Mad Magazine Divisions.
Responsible for coordinating shipments, experience with domestic and
international shipping. Provide order fulfillment's to meet play dates
and printing deadlines.
o Researched all building renovation projects. Created job specifications,
as well as obtaining all contractors bids, then provide corporate office
with detailed bid package. Made recommendation for which contractor to
use for renovations. Supervised all projects from start to finish.
o Certified for maintaining building fire system to New York City fire
code. Hold the following City of New York Fire Department Certificate's
of Fitness:
1. F 10 : Standpipe supplied by Gravity Tank
2. F 18 : Sprinkler system supplied by Gravity Tank
3. F 19 : Sprinkler system supplied by Pressure Tank
