. Lead Banker of Corporate Finance Communications Origination Team ($1

Billion portfolio/~50 accounts) responsible for sourcing new transactions

and providing advisory services. Role includes all phases of arranging,

structuring, pricing and closing Sr. Secured, Mezz, Sub Debt cash flow

and Equity transactions within the Middle/Leveraged Loan market primarily

in an Agent position. Sectors covered include data center/hosting,

cable, technology, wireless and wireline.

. Developed strong corporate borrowing client base which has resulted in

Relationship Manager duties of key lead Agency accounts such as public

companies PaeTec Communications, Northpoint Communications and Switch &

Data as well as private companies Zayo Bandwidth, Navisite, Telx, Western

and Peak 10. Consistently have exceeded revenue budgets with total

transactions closed over 80.
