employees. Facilities operate thermoforming and injection molding equipment
including printing equipment for additional converting.
. Implemented a $1,8 Million cost reduction in Coleman Facility.
. Phoenix facility showed a $7 Million EBIT improvement by 2005.
. Further reduced Phoenix labor headcount by 60 due to efficiency
improvements.

months and year-end turnaround of $4 Million over 2003 EBIT.
. Improved equipment efficiencies, reduced headcount and implemented
cost control measures.

consisting of an Engineering / Maintenance Department, Printing /
Die cutting Department and a Cup Forming Department.
. Accountable for the efficient utilization of assets and manpower
with an operating budget in excess of $40 Million.
. Implemented Statistical Process Control principles within the
converting department.
. Re-structured operation to fit sales requirements.
. Implemented a Computer to Plate workflow in printing department.

Requested by Company to transfer to USA as Operations Manager to
Wenatchee Molded Fiber Facility in Washington State.
. Responsible for all plant operations with all plant functions
reporting to me, engineering and production, which included 4
salaried supervisors and fifty two hourly union employees.
. Managed the efficient utilization of assets and manpower.
. Achieved the facilities successful re-entry into the filler flat
business.
. Headed Safety committee.
. Responsible for ensuring environmental laws were enforced within
facility. Reduced environmental testing by Department of Ecology
saving the company $100 000 per year in testing fees including
removing restrictions from water permit.
. Successfully negotiated two union contracts.
. Developed a new product range, which a patent was applied for.
A strategic decision was taken to divest the Wenatchee Molded Fiber
facility mid 2000. I was involved in the subsequent marketing and
divestment of the facility.

to lead upgrade of existing plant.
. Responsible for control of contractors and purchase and
installation of machinery for moulded fibre products.
. Total project cost $15 Million.
On completion of project I was promoted to Plant Manager.
. Responsible for managing entire molded fiber converting operation.
. Restructured work force due to plant upgrade to achieve efficiency
and productivity goals.
. Attended Huhtamaki Staff Conference in Holland 1998 as part of
International Leadership Training.
