System Support Engineer:
. Installation and troubleshooting of proprietary IVR Software on Linux
3.0 and later.
. Installation and troubleshooting of Aumtech's MRCP Connector.
. Installation and configuration of Microsoft Office Communications
Server 2007 Speech Server.
Projects and Results:
. Wrote VXML Scripts to test telecom installation. The test scripts
were packed in with the telecom packages that were sent to the
customers. The customer was able to use these scripts to see if there
telecom installation was working properly.
. Became a member of the testing group to test Aumtech's VXML browser.
As a member of the group we were given a series of test cases that
came from the IEEE. These test cases were required by the IEEE to
pass in order for Aumtech's VXML browser to be certified. Aumtech's
VXML browser passed the series of tests and was certified in February
of 2008.
. Developed a new Linux 5.01 email system to replace the current
outdated Linux 3.0 email system. The new system processed emails
faster and decreased the amount of everyday spam received.
. Develop and maintain a backup solution. The backup solution was
written in Linux 5.01 shell script. The shell script backed up
crucial files and copied them to a PC via FTP then they were burned to
DVD using Nero burning software.

Network Support Specialist/ PC Support:
. Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
pertaining to LAN/WAN.
. Provide end user support for all LAN-based applications including the
core banking software.
. Administer user domain accounts
. Administer email accounts using Exchange Server.
. Perform quarterly updates on the core banking software.
Projects and Results:
. Upgrade outdated core banking software to be Y2K compliant. When
the update was complete the bank was utilizing PC's instead of dumb
terminals. The system was centrally managed, and was a more secure
environment.
. Update the banks 401k software database to and Oracle 8i for
workgroups database. The update created a more secure environment
and ease of administration.
. Design and implemented the first branch in Morris County. This
allowed Greater Community Bank to expand into the Morris County
area.
