Advising client on setting up an offshore team to support existing PeopleSoft Project Costing, Cash

Management, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables applications.

Advising client on upgrading the PeopleSoft Finance system. The upgrade project includes system

updating operating system from Windows to UNIX, PeopleTools upgrade and then the application

upgrade.

Guide the resources in facilitating JAD sessions to gather key requirements from business users
