Business Systems Analyst & Programmer Analyst – Nov. ’05 – May ‘08:

• Moved disaster readiness of the financial systems from 0% to 95% by developing, managing, installing & maintaining a

disaster recovery plan throughout the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). It was completed according to

requirements, on time and within budget.

• Saved thousands monthly in penalty & late charges by managing the conversion of the Georgia Power interface project for the

Oracle conversion. When I took this project over it was in Tier 2 of UAT without one successful test. I was responsible for all

aspects of project development, testing, implementation & management. The project was completed according to

specifications, on time & within my budget allowance.

Reduced late fees & improved client relations by process improvement of the Police & Fire Retirement Payment System. The

main issue was with an outside vendor, so I instituted a work around to allow processing in a timely manner until a permanent

Saved penalty payments by managing the production of W 2s, which went out late the previous year.

Saved thousands annually by managing the migration of financial reports from paper to the intranet, a project that met with
