. Determined that suitability requirements are met, and properly accept

these transactions as a principal of the Firm...product lines include

Variable Annuities, Fixed Annuities, Equity Index Annuities and group

401k plans (plan level).

. The position heavily involved communication with the registered reps,

sales managers and field level OSJ's, and challenging their

recommendations, when necessary.

. Through self -held quarterly conference calls and field visits to

agencies, field agents developed a sound knowledge of suitability

. Communicate with 35+ annuity carriers with 1035, IRA transfers and
