. Performed general maintenance tasks for physical plant and
ground of company-owned complex. This included office,
warehouse, & data center environments. Provided staff

repairs to plumbing problems. (i.e. faucet leaks, restroom
repairs etc.); Plan and execute minor repairs to mechanical
problems. (i.e. hang pictures & white boards, painting,
minor woodwork, door repairs etc.); Understand HVAC and make
minor adjustments and repairs; Setup Conference Rooms as
requested; Conduct and record monthly inspections (emergency
lights, fire extinguishers, outside lighting etc.); Order
parts and enter requisitions; Support with Corporate site
personnel moves; Help move office furniture; Small project
administration; Provide first response actions and assist
with coordination of responses to facilities emergencies;
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

. Maintained the school while in progress. Some of the
duties included general maintenance, including using hand &
power tools, general mechanical, electrical skills,
plumbing, carpentry including molding and base crown, metal
studs, ceiling and door repair, drywall, cabinet making.
Blueprint reading while under renovation. Attended OSHA,
hazardous chemicals and safety, class. Checked incoming
delivery and supply inventory. Coordinated fire alarm

Ran errands for Principal and secretaries for example:
banks, Board of Education office. Maintained outside
landscaping. First one at the school when it snows to
shovel and first one on the seen when the alarm company

deadlines.
