. Commissioning new ATCA Chassis (RNC 9000) and ensuring its complete

operation by configuring and checking the performance, reliability and

functionality of each blade like the Switch Module, BIO, System

Controller and RNSM.

. Setting up end to end data call by configuring the ATs (G-TRAN, Sierra

and Novatel air cards, Qualcomm FFAs) DOMs, ATCA RNC and the PDSN by

creating interfaces and routing between all the Node Elements.

. Good understanding of rev-A call control flow, handoff procedures, OSI

reference models and TCP/IP model.

. Hands on experience in configuring routes for end to end connectivity

between ATCA RNCs, AAA server, PDSN and EMS

. Ensure the functionality of different features and applications like

Basic Homing such as Primary and Secondary, Soft and Softer Handoffs,

Intersubnet Soft Handoff, Interfrequency Hard handoff, Fast Re-Homing,

Secondary to Primary Pdsn switchovers and vice versa, Auto A10 Re-

scheme and Subnet Wide scheme using UDP send tool, verification of

forward and reverse throughput for REV0, REVA and e-HRPD calls,

mixed and same network by checking appropriate counter values.

devices and analyze logs from both ATCA RNC and PDSN for discrepancies

obtain the time from the DOM ( Data only module )
